Saturday Afternoon Cbobehbt, Hasbll & Co. report sales in their rooms this week:— Flour, sacks, £10 10b to £11: oatmeal, £11 10s; bran, £3 10s; pollard, £5 10s ; cnaff, £4 10s ; potatoes, £2 15s to £3 per ton ; oata, 2s 3d to 2a 6d; wheat, 3a 6d; barley, 2a 6d; maize, 3s 6d per bushel ; batter, salt, Bd ; fresh, Is; •ggs, 2s 6d ; applea, 8s to 10b ; peara. 10s to 14s ; oranges, 10a; lemons, 255; fowls, 2a ad to 3s; ducks, 4a to 6s; turkeys, 9s. George Thomas reports sales this wees:— Flour (oolonial), £10 to £10 10s; oats are still advancing, and are now quoted at 2s 5d to 2a 61; bran, £3 10 a (aacks in) ; fowls' wheat, 2a 9d to 3s ; maize, 3a 9d; pollard, £4 10 a; potatoes, £i 15s to £3; bacon, 8d; hams, \od; cheeße, 4d; butter, 9d to lOd; oatmeal, lid; barley, 2s 6d; rye grass, 6d; cockßtoot, 3£d. Also held a sale of property situated in tbe Butt Township yea torday, oompriaing 4 acres land, with email house erected thereon, and Mr. O. W. Clayton was the purchaser for £200. Ijaeby & Oampbell report that since the 18th inst., the demand for produce has been steady for small lines, with no alteration in price. At their sole to-day, there was neither fresh, butter nor poultry to offer, and eggs did not command a price justifying their sale. Market very quiet, but pricee remain very firm.
