Wabninos for northerly gales have bean sent to all stations between Napier and Bluff. BYNOFBIB OF LAST 21 HOOKS. Between Napier and Lyttelton the barometer continued falling with strong northerly gales and much rain daring the greater port ol the day, but between Lyttelton and Bluff the wind changed southward daring the afternoon with *ising.glasß.
