MB. BRADLAUGH AGAIN. THE CAPE COMMISSION. C |REUTER'B TELEGRAMS. | London, 10th May. In the Honse of Commons this evening, Mr. Bradlaugh again appeared at the table, and repeated his demand that the oath of allegiance should be administered to him. He was ordered by the Speaker to withdraw, and upon hia declining to do bo, he was forcibly ejected from the Chamber by the Sergeant-at-Arms. The Speaker, moreover, issued orders forbidding his presence within the precinctß of the House until he engaged not to disturb its proceedings. Galvanised iron, 26-gnage, has declined to £16. Be3t Scotch pig iron, No. 1, free on board in Clyde, has declined to 48s per ton. Capetown, 10th May. News is to hand from the Transvaal that the Royal Commission, consisting of Sir Hercules Robinson, Sir Evelyn Wood, and Chief Justice De Villiers, appointed to consider provisions for the protection of native interests, to make arrangements as to frontier affairs, and to decide whether any territory to the eastward should be severed froni the 1 Transvaal, has ectmrtienced its Sittings. Paris, 10th May. Telegrams have been received from Tunis stating that the French troops are continuing their advance with all possible speed, and are rapidly nearmg the capital.
