Cargill, Gibbs, and Co., returned from Otara to-day, and reports that up to 2 p.m. on Monday fiftyeight bodies in a1!a 1 ! had been recovered, fiftyfour of these having been f onnd on the Otara beach, and two at Waikawa, these being the two recovered at sea and taken to Dunediu.
