DEFALCATIONS ESTIMATED AT £2000.
[ttnitsd pkksB association.] Chbistchubch, This Day. A warrant has been issuod for the arrest of Mr. "W. W. Charters, who is now known to hare left in the ship Orari for London. It is reported that defalcations to the extent of J22000 have been discovered in the accounts of the Sydonham Building: Society, of which he waa manager. The warrant will be despatched by the mail leaving to-day.
