CIVIL CASES. Judgment Summonses. — D. Asher v. Mrs. Collier, odd. Mr. Forwood appeared for the defendant, who asked for time in which to liquidate the debt. She was ordered to pay £1 per month. Wellington Biscuit and Confectionery Company v. J. Clayson, £9 11s lOd, to be paid within 42 days ; F. M. Olliver v. H. Smith, £3 ISs, to pay 10s per month. Gibson v. Harrison, claim ,£43 15s. Mr. Gully for plaintiff; Air Gordon Allan tor defendant. [Left sitting.]
