SENTENCE ON THE CZAR'S ASSASSINS. London, 11th April.
The Bey of Tunis has formally protested against the French violation of his territory, and has appealed to tho Powora for proteotion. Mr. Parnell has written a letter on the subject of tho Irish Land Bill which has been introduced in the House of Commons. He says that tho measure is seriously defeotive, and the good derivable from it deponds entirely upon the firmness of the people in their adherence to the Land League. He denonnce3 the clauses of the bill providing for the making of grants to facilitate emigration. A bulletin issued this morning reports that tho Earl of Beaconsfleld has had a sovere attack of spasmodic broathing, but has sinoo been greatly relieved. St. Petersburg, 11th April. Rousakoff, the assassin of the lato Czar, and his accomplices have been sentenced to death. _^^______^__^_
