Receiving the Report of the Directors on the DU3ineßß of the Society for the year ended 31st December, 1880. 2. Electing two Directors in lieu of the Hon. John Smith, C.M.G., M.L.C., and Robert Saddington, Esq., who retire in terms of By-law V., and one of whom only is eligiblo for reelection. 3. Electing an Auditor in lieu of James Duff Milne, Esq., who retires, and (in terms of By-law X.) is ineligible for re-election. By-law V. provides that no member shall at any annual or special meetiDg bo put in nomination for the office of Director, unless notice in writing of his being a Candidate Bhall have been given to the Board or to the Secretary at least thirty clear days previous to such meeting.
