WELLINGTON C.C. V^ COMBINED ELEVEN. The match between the first eleven of the Wellington C.C. and a Combined Eleven was | played on the Basin Reserve on Saturday afternoon, and resulted in a drawn game, the Wellington C.C. having four wickets to fall and 24 runs to get to win the match. For the Combined Eleven, Mansill played a remarkably good innings for 38, and for the opposite side, Kennedy displayed somewhat of his old form, carrying out his bat for 24.
