Wind.— Between north-east and north-west In the North Island, and between north-west and aouth-weat ia tbe South. Babomhteb— Further fall at all stations, but rise in southern districts after 12 hours SEA— Heavy on western const, and between North and Ea&t Capes; increase between East Cape and Liy ttelton. Wabninos— Have been repeated generally. BBUUtKS— Bad weather from north and northwest was experienced last night at moat South Island stations, heavy rain falling on the western ooaat, where the rivers are flooded. Between Cape Campbell and Poverty Bay the wind has been fresh from north-east or north-west, and tbe weather generally fine, but northward of Sast Cape strong gales from north-east have continued, with squally, showery weather and a very heavy sea. The barometer baa fallen Kteadily at all stations throughout the last 24 hours. GEO. DRURY.
