Albion, with the Bingarooma's Melbourne passengers, mails and cargo, arrived at 6 p.m. yesterday from the South. She left again tbia afternoon lor Napier, Oisborne and Auckland. The s.s. Hawea, with tbe San Francisco mail, arrived at the what f at 7 o'clock last evening, and left agoiu for Lyttelton about 9 p.m. She returns to Wellington to-morrow. The 8.8. Hula lelt * anganui at 7.45 last evening and arrived here at 7.16 this morning. She returned again tnis afternoon. >- The 8.8. Patea lelt f atea. at 7 last evening, and arrived here at 9 this morning. She towed the schooner Edith Reid, fiom Kaipara, into Patea. ! The Patea returns to came port to-morrow morning. Tne b.b. Stormbird left Wanganui last night and arrived here at 745 this morning. She left ngtun this afternoon for Wanganui. The sohooner Cora arrived from ureymouth yesterday with a cargo of coal. The steamers Charles Edward, for Nelson and West Coast ports, and Jane Douglas for Eaikouraand Lyttelton, Bailed lust evening; the Napier got away for Blenheim about 0 this morning. The p.s. Manawatu leaves Wanganui this afternoon, and should arrive here to-morrow ¦morning. Tbe i.B. Go-Aheal should arrive from Timaru to-morrow. The s.s. Arawata, from Auckland via East Coast, having baen detained, will not arrive here until Monday morning. Sbe leaves again same day for Melbourne, via-southern poits and Hobart. As tbe Bingarooma has been put in the dock at Port Chalmers to receive a new shaft and general overhaul, her 0.-ewhos been transferred to the s s. Albion, which arrived here yeßterday. The N.Z. Loan & Mercantile Agenoy Co. 'a San Francisco Circular of the 2oth January, B»ys:— " The M.Z.S. Co. has despatched tbe following vessels since the date of our last Circular.:— 3rd January— Formosa, for Otaga; 13th— Mataura, Sot Canterbury, with 13 passengers.
