JOHN COOM, Engineer, of Weilington, having been authorised by warrant under the hand of his Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, dated the 220 d day of December, 1880, to take and lay down roads over the lands specified in the schedule hereto, will start from the junction of the Tinakori Road with the Hutt Road on Monday, the 14th day of March, at 9 o'clock a.m , and proceed therefrom over the said lands until 5 o'clock p.m., and resume the next morning at the same hour of 9 o'clock, and take and lay down a road through the said lands, or such of them over which a right f road is reserved in the several Crown grants issued for the same. Land owners and occupiers interested are invited to accompany Mr. Coom, who will point out the boundaries of the road above notified as intended to be taken.
