CABLE NEWS. FURTHER IRISH OBSTRUCTION IN THE COMMONS. THE WOOL SALES.

Ibxutbb's tilbgbam.l London, 28th February. The House of Commons now has the estimates of expenditure under consideration, and the Irish members are blocking the passage of the different votes. The Government has consequently demanded that the consideration of Supply should be declared "urgent," and that the same should be done in the case of a bill to restrict the sale and possession of arms in Ireland, now before the House. At the wool sale to-day 9,800 bales were catalogued. The prices realised were in favor of buyers. The Homeward Australian mails were delivered here to-day via Brindisi.
