Great sensation was caused by the discovery of a train of powder leading to the Windsor Castle, soon after the Queen's return. Additional precautions have been twien. -Mr. Parnell has made a triumphal tour through Ireland. He everywhere met an enthnsiastio reception, triumphal arches, flags, and a demonstration of welcome.
