THE undersigned have been favored with instructions from the New Zealand Land Corporation, Limited, to offer for sale by public auction, 'at their salerooms, the Strand, Tauranga, on Monday, the 7th March, at 11 o'clock a.m.— STEWARTSTOWN, On the Te Puke Block, Bay of Plenty District. Stewartstown is splendidly situated in the centre of the block, on the main line of road to the Hot lake District, and is within 12 miles of the rapidly rising town and port of Tauranga. The Te Puke Block, from its position and the superior quality of its soil, bids fair shortly to become one of the most flourishing districts in the North Island, and will form the centre of a very large area of magnificent country now being negotiate! for, and which will ere long be open for settlement. It is contemplated shortly to connect Stewartstown with the Port of Tauranga by a Bteam tramway. Terms — One-third cash; balance in one and two years, bearing interest at 8 per cent.
