During the month of FEBRUARY 29,700 ACRKSof First-class AGRICULTURAL BUSH LAND, eituate in the Forty-Mile Bush and in the Manawatn District, will be OFFERKD for SALE on Ueferred Payments and for Cash. In the Pahiatua Block, Forty-mile Bash, 25 Sections can be applied for on deferred payments, at the Public Hall, Masterton, and at the Land Office, Wellington, on Tuesday, the Bth February. On Monday, the 21st February, 29 Sections in tha Kairanga and Fitzherbert Blocks can be applied for on deferred payments at the Town Hall, Palmenton, and at the Land Office, Wellington. On Thursday, 24th February, at 11 o'clock a. m., 80 Sections in the Kairanga and Fitzherbert Blocks, will be offered for sale by publio auction in the Town Hall, Palmenton. Terms : Deferred Payments. — When the same Section is applied for by two oi» more persons, the Section will be put up to auction between the applicants at 10 o'olook a.m., at Masterton Public Hall, on Thursday, the 10th February, for tho Forty-mile Bush Sections, and at Palmerston on Thursday, 24th February, at 10 o'clock a.m., for the Kairanga and Fitzherbert Sections. Oue-twentieth of the purchase money to be paid with the application, the balance in balf -yearly instalments extending over ten years. Caah Payments.— 2s per cent, payable on the fall of the hammer, the balance in one month. Maps, Schedules of Sections, and upset price can be seen at the office of this paper, and will be forwarded from the Crown Lauds Office, Wellington, on application. An officer of the Purvey Staff will be ia •the neighborhood one week previous to each sale to point oat the Sections to intending purchasers.
