Regulation 54. — To repeal the whole section, and substitute the following: "Any casual vacancy occurring in the Board of Directors shall remain open until the next General Meeting of the Company, and shall then be filled up by the Shareholders, notice having been given as required by Regulation 51a. Provided always that it shall be lawful for the Directors to appoint some qualified person to act until such General Meeting is held, if in the opinion of the Directors such temporary appointment is urgently required."
