If tho trustees desire St. Andrew's to muintain a place amongst tho chnrchea they mast bestir themselves ; or if they find themselves unable to shake off their apathy, let them lease tho building to the Young Men's Christian Association, or Rome other religions association possessing the needful zeal and enthusiasm for the proper carrying on of church work — men who do not look upon church-going simply as a luxury, but men who will cast their heart and soul into the good work.
