In Regulation 43a. — To omit all tho words to and including the word " shares " in the fourth line, and to substitute the following in the place of the worda so omitted : '"Any person who holds a power of attorney from any shareholder." 3rd. Regulation 54. — To repeal the whole section, and substitute the following: "Any casual vacancy occurring in the Board of Directors shall remain open until the next General Meeting of the Company, and shall then be filled up by the Shareholders, notice having been given as required by Regulation 51a. Provided always that it shall be lawful for the Directors to appoint some qualified parson to act until such General Meeting is held, if in the opinion of the Directors such temporary appointment is urgently required." KILBIRNIE HIGHWAY BOARD. TAKE NOTICE -The Valuation Liat for the Kilbirnie Highway District, for the year 1881-2, is now open for inspection at the Tramway Hotel, Adelaide Road.
