? THE 'FRISCO MAIL STEAMER IN A GALE. TWO PERSONS DROWNED. [united pbkbs association.] Auckland, This Day. Arrived— City of New York. She left San Francisco on 21st December. Heavy S. and S.W. galeß were experienced for five days, and Arthur Simpson and David Silva were washed overboard and drowned. Passengers for New Zealand — Messrs. A. Hutchison, Bull, Maurice, Vesey Stewart, Shier, Bromley, Grossbeok, Ferris, Baldwin, Grant and wife, Smith and wife, Rutherford, Mrs. and Miss Wilson, Miss Brady. From Honolula — Mr. Buckley, wife, and three children.
