Auckland, This Dat. • At the fortieth half-yearly meeting of the New Zealand Instaanoß Company to^cUy, the directors' report for-the half-year ended 30th November, 1830, showed that, after making provision for all ascertained losses to>d*te, and carrying £10,000 fc> the reserve fund, which, with the re-insurance fond, now stands at .£150,000, there remains a sum of .821,797 2a 3d for division, which the directors propose should be appropriated -as follows : — Dividend at the rate of 15 per cent, per annum, £15,000 ; balance earned forward, £671*7.
