NAVAL BRIGADE PRIZE FIRING.
« On Saturday 20 members of the Naval Brigade competed for the handsome belt presented by Captain Johnston, to be fired for half-yearly, and other prizes. Owing to the changeable nature of the wind and light, the day was not favorable to high scores. The ranges were 200, 400, and 500 yards ; seven shots at each. Petty-officer France became the winner of the belt, with a score of 73 out of a possible 84. Following are the ten highest scores :— "••
