[BXUTKB'S TELEGRAMS, j London, 29th November. Earl Granville, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, made a speech at Hanley, in which he stated it was impossible that the present condition of Ireland could long continue, and that the Government intended to introduce a measure dealing with the present disorders, and providing for the future happiness of Irishmen generally.
