The following is tho continuation of yesterday's business :— OLLIVIBB V. SAYWKLL AND OTHERS. Argument in this case was concluded, and judgment reserved. BE SMITH AND XOODT (dEBTOBS), EX j PASTE PLATT. This was the stating of a special case by content of counsel for decision as to whether a creditor of the debtor* could prove upon ¦ their individual estates as well as on their joint estate. After hearing argument his Honor reserved his decision.
