MONDAY POPULAB CONCEETS.

TO THH EDITOR OF THE EVENING POST. Sir— l very much regret to see that there is a growing spirit of rowdyiem manifesting itself in various ways at those concerts, stun as the stamping of feet when the vooalisb are singing, derisive shouts, cat-calls, &o. t not at all in accordance with the respeotfcability of the audience ; and I would suggest to the promoters that a constable should be stationed in the lobby, and, if necessary, make an example of some of these hilarious youths, who are unable to restrain the exuberance of their spirits, for at present they are the dread and nuisance of quiet folks, and eventually will prevent the attendance of such. I am, &c., Time and Tune. 11th May.
