In the Bankrupt Estate of Charles Moody. Lot 1. THAT MAGNIFICENT HOTEL PBOPEBTY situate in the far-famed and beautiful seaside suburb of KELBIBNIB, being the allotments numbered 79 and 80, in the plan of the said suburban township, containing together three-quarters of an aore of flat beautiful garden ground, fronting the main road to the Slip, on which is erected the Handßome'and Commodious Building known as tie KILBLBNIE HOTEL, containing Bar-room, Dining-room, three Parlors, Kitchen, and Store-room on the ground floor, and Drawing-room, eleven Bedrooms.
