GEORGE THOMAS has received instructions, by order of the mortgagee, from Mr. A. 8. Allan, the Registrar, to sell by public auction, at his Auction Rooms, Hunter-street (late VenneH's Auction Room), on Friday, 18th July, at 2 o'clock, the parcela of land (described more particularly ia the schedule below), which, together, form a property of great value, consisting of 811 acres, and situate near the Taita, in the Lower Hutt Valley.
