MAUDE hat received positive instructions from the Executors of the late Dr. Webster, to SELL BY PUBLIC AUCTION. At above time and place — That Choice FEEEHOLD ESTATE known as "Balruddery," containing about 17,000 acres of first-class Agricultural and Pastoral Land, situated on the Kakanui River, about 12 miles from the Town of Oamaru, 6 miles from the Windsor Station of the Waiareka Railway, and 7 miles from Mobono Station of the Main South Railway.
