About 80 natives, in parties each Averaging about 10 men, will plough about the Waiogongoro to-day. Owing to a heavy fresh in the river, they were unable to cross yesterday. The 11 prisoners who came from Hawera yesterday have not yet baen brought before a magistrate. A further batch of six will arrive early this morning, when the whole lot will be committed for trial, and shipped by the s.s 2*atea to Wellington. The steamer is detained for that purpose.
