HOKITIKA. THIS DAY.
A largely attended public meeting was held in the Town Hall last night to take steps to form a Prospecting Association, the Mayor in the chair. It was unanimously resolved, "That this meeting form an association to thoroughly prospect the country south of Hokitika " The I meeting then adjourned till Tuesday next.
