THE OTAGO DAILY TIME ON THE MINISTERIAL CRISIS. MINISTERIAL CRISIS, (PER PRESS AGENCY. )
Duhbdih, This Day. The Daily Times (a Ministerial organ}, discussing- the situation, says: — "The Premier may possibly think by surrounding himself with mon entirely after his own heart, like Messrs. Moss and Rees, he may be able to meet Parliament with the hope of carrying through or going to the country on the- ultra-Liberal platform ; but though a dissolution might have been granted to a united Ministry, we very much doubt whether Sir George Gvey will ob"tain one under present circumstances. His prospect of carrying through we regard at hopeless, and if he is wise in time he will recognise this, and invite his Excellency to send for some member of tho Opposition. There must now bs an entire reconstruction, and we should not surprised to see a coalition Cabinet. A prolonged crisis at this juncture is not to be thought of without dismay."
