The Thames Advertiser says that tho clerk of the Resident Magistrate's Court is to be removed to another district. The returning officer, Mr. Galland, is to occupy the position. The New Zealand Kapanga Company has stopped pumping. This will have the effect of stopping mining operations in the adjoining mines.
