MEETINGS OF CREDITORS.
A meetlog of tbe creditors of W. W. Corpe, of Taratahi, mill-sawyer, was held yesterday afternoon, Mr. W. Booth in the chair The debtor's statement showed a^ets £13,600, and liabilities £8,500 odd. He attributed hwfai ure to the Bank calling in his overdraft, the timber not selllnpr, bad debts, and other cauies He believed that ia 12 months be would be able to pay 20s in tbe £. A deed of assignment to Messrs B. W. Mills and E. H. Crease was agreed to. and a resolution was passed that the trustees should not realise on the estate for 12 months.
