Kissllngß yacht Daphne went on the rocks at the breakwater this morning. An attempt is now beiog mads to get her off. The sohooner Madonna, from Fiji, brings Levuka papers to 2nd May. H.MS. Wolverene and Cormorant have arrived from Wellington. Wanoanui, 18th May. Arrived, late— Tai, from Wellington. Naplbb, 18th May. Arrived, 7 turn.— Kiwi, from Wellington, via Castlepoint. 19th May. Arrived, 1 a.m.— Southern Cross, from Wellington.
Tbe at«amer Patea left Patea at 8 a.m. on Bunday, experienced strong easterly winds with heavy rain, and arrived here at 12 o'olock last night. She returns to Patea at noon to-morrow. The b.b. Stormbird left Foitoa at b a.m. yesterday, and arrived here at 4.30 p.m. same day. She leaves for Foxton to-morrow. The s.i. Huia, from Lyttelton, Kaiioura, and Waipapa, arrived in Wellington early yesterday morning. She leaves for Foxton to-morrow. The s.s. Rangatira, from Ohehunga.Taranaki, and Wanganai, came into port at 8 o'olock yesterday morning, and rete.ua to same ports to-day. The Go- Ahead, from East Coast wool stations, arrived at 8 p.m. on Saturday. She leaves for CaMlepoint and Napier to-irorrow afternoon. The s.B. Wellington Bailed at 2.15 this afternoon for Pioton. The steamers Tui for Wangantd, and Lytteltoa for Blenheim, sailed on Saturday night. The fl.f. flawea sailed yesterday afternoon for BOtttbern ports. The s.s. Wanaka will arrive in Wellington from the South to-morrow, and sail again same day for Auckland via East Coast ports. The p.s. Manawatu should arrive from Wongonui to-morrow morning. The steamer Wallace leaves for Nelson this afternoon. The Jane Douglas, from Rangitikei, should arrive to-night or to-morrow morning. Captain Williams' steamer Graf ton is advertised to leave Wellington for Westpqrt and Greymonth on Thursday next.
