A GRIEVANCE.

tOTHI EDITOR OP THH BTBHIX6 POST. Sir— l am in the habit of receiving from friends at Home a paper posted weekly. At tha time of delivery of the mail I generally receive three instead of four ; the other turns up a week or two after, sometimes, but not not always. From complaints I have heard from other partis I am led to the belief that one of mine arid?' one belonging to somebody else am kept back by some one connected with the Post Office. Now, for my part I have no objection to lending any one a paper, providing they take otra of the wrapper ami send it to the proper address when they bare done with it, with or without thanks for the same. Believiue this is a grievance of long standing and far steadily increasing is my apology for addressing you. 1 4m, &c , Oicb Looking fob aw Absent ; wjbvtspapse.
