The insurance on the Theatre Royal Hotel is £350 in the Victoria. Sheehan had recently purchased from Mabr for £400. The latter still holds a lien for about three-fourths of the purchase money, and is secured by the policy ;i Sheeban reckons his personal loss at about £300. The family are left destitute.
