Wind— Between north and west south-west at -places north of Napier, and between north-east and north and west at other places. Babombteb — Fall generally, but most at places south of Napier. Sea— lncrease on western coast. TeijEOßAms to expect strong winds and falling barometer have been sent to places south of Napier. The barometer has fallen a little in the South since 5 p.m. yesterday. li. A. EDWIN. 28th April.
