TO THE EDITOR OF THE EVENIIfG POST. Sir— ln the report of the Resident Magistrate's Court proceedings yesterday, the case " Regina v. By inserting this letter in to-day's issue you will much oblige, Yours, ice, Geo. A. Bebrb. [The name of George Beere appears on the polico charge sheet as the complainant. On inokiog at the information iteelf, however, we find that it is signed by Henry Czerwonka, the sum alleged to have been embezzled being stated to be the money of " George Beere. Henry Czerwonka, and others."— Ed. E. P.]
