The New Zealand Shipping Company's ship. Rangitata will be a full ship for London this week. She has over 4000 bales of wool on, board, and is taking in the balance. The publication ot tbo new local paper, the Lyttelton Herald, has been delayed for want of compositors. Its birth in newspapordora ia promised this week. Mr. Kiley, late of the Westland Advertiser, undertakes iU publication.
