TAURANGA. 29th November. The s.s. Taranaki, has been wrecked on an island seven miles E.N.E. from Tauranga. All the passengers and crew are saved. A steamer has been sent from Tauranga to her assistance. She had 16 passengers on

The Victorian bushrangers have had their horses and supplies cut off. Their immediate death or capture is now certain. Tbe A.S.N.
