DUNCAN has received instructions to sell by public auction— i Several valuable Building Sites at the exI tension of Petoni Township, next to Mr. Barton's property. These sections are the most desirable in the district for marine villa residences^ — a number of them having been already taken up by influential gentlemen for building purposes. The land is high, level, upon a gravel subsoil, and within ten minutes' walk of the Petoni Station, and commands a magnificent view of the town and harbor of Wellington. The sections are marked out with numbered pegs, and have a frontage of 50ft to Petoni Avenue, with a depth of 132 ft. Plans nan be seen and all particulars obtained at the office of R. J. GEORGE THOMAS has received instructions from the trustees to sell by public auction, at the Hall, on Monday, the 18th day of September, at 12 o'clock noon — The site and buildings of the Odd Fellows' Hall, on building lease for a term of 21 years.
