These sections are the most desirable in the district for marine villa residences — a number of them having been already taken up by influential gentlemen for building purposes. The land is high, level, upon a gravel subsoil, and within ten minutes' walk of the Petoni Station, and commands a magnificent view of the town j and harbor of Wellington.
