THIS DAY.
In reply to Mr, Stout, the Hon. Major Atkinson said the Waste Lands Administration BUI would be distributed during this day's sitting. Mr. Ballanco had given notice of his intention to introduce the Rangitikei Harbor BU , but the Hon. the Speaker explained that lie had arrived at the conclusion that such bills could only be introduced in committee of the whole House, and that this remark applied to all Harbor Bills that had been introduced.
