TO THE EDITOR OF THE EVENING POST. Sir, — Kindly fellow me space in your journal to correct a mis ake that has occurred with reference to me in your report of the Education Board's proceedings yesterday. The circumstances were : — I was notified on Mondar last that my services would be dispensed with on the 31st inst, in consequence of the Board having determined to sever its connection with that school at that time, but that the "first available suitable appointment" would be offered me. I merely asked if— in expectation of a suitable vacancy — the Board would find me temporary employment at or near my present rate of salary. I am, See, Jerejiiah Hurlet. - 2nd August, 1876. _
