M'Dowell, trading under the firm of Henry Owen & Co, Drapers, National Depot, Lambton Quay, Wellington, is dissolved. The debts owing by the late firm (if any) will be paid by J. M'Dowell. All debts owing to tho firm of Owen & Co are due aud payable to J. Panl & Co only, who have appointed Mr John G. Dudgeon to receive them at the National Drapery Depot, late Owen & Co's, and any receipt given by Mr Dudgeon will be a sufficient discharge for the same.
