This land is part of the RANGITIKEI ¦ MANAWATU BLOCK, is bounded by the Oroua River and the Kiwitea Stream, and is situated to the North of the MANCHESTER BLOCK. The whole of the land is of excellent quality, and for Ihe most part level, portions of it but lightly timbered, and easily cleared and brought into cultivation ; other portions carry a quantity of good sawing timber, including very valuable tracts of totara. The proposed road lines have been cut and traversed.
