It is also stated that Mitchell has protested against Voxel's return, in cast Grey be unseated. The following telegram appears in to-mght's Star (Auctland)!I have consulted 'May's Parliamentary Practice, and it upholds my opinion aboutr" an elected member being ineligible for a second seat, unless he resign his first seat previous to nomination. Legal authority hete is against Grey's election for the Inames. I will maintain my protest against his return. -tJames Mackay. " In the cricket match Thames t.
