The' s.B. Taranaki left Lyttelton at seven p.m. yesterday, but bad not arrived here up to the hour we went to press. The Ladybird, for the North, and Phoebe, for the South, sailed this afternoon. The ketch Falcon arrived in harbor at 11 last night. She left Blenheim on Tuesday, and was becalmed two days. The cutter Dido left Blenheim yesterday, and arrived here early this morning. The topsail schooner Mannidn, from Kaipara, with a cargo of timber, anchored off the wharf at 9 o'clock this morning. ■" The s.s. Stormbird, Captain Doile, left Wanganuilast night at 10.30; crossed the bar at 11.15, arriving, at the Queen's Wharf at 10 o'clock this morning, making the passage in jlli hours from wharf towharf. Experienced light N.E. winds to Terawiti, from thence strong N.W. winds, with foa: and heavy r&in. ' The~p.B. Manawatu, Captain Evans, left Wanganui wharf at 10.15 last night, and * towed the schooners Anwon and Thames out; crossed the bar at 11.35, and arrived at the Queen's Wharf at 10.30. this.forenoon. The telegraph steamer Tui left Blenheim bar at 7.30 this morning, experienced a stift N.W. breeze, and arrived tn .port at 12v45 p.m. to-day. By telegraph, we learn that the barque Emily M'Laren left Newcastle for Wellington on the 20th of this month. The schooner Aspasia arrived at noon to-day from the East Coast, with wool. * The Wellington, from the North, is due here to-morrowmorning. The barque Australind sailed for Newcastle at 3 p.m. to-day.
