LABCINY. - Mary Louisa Griffiths was brought up om remand, charged with stealing a diamond ringfromMr. Uunderson, and was sentenced to 14 days' imprisonment with hard labor. DESTITUTE PERSONS BELIEF ACT. A charge against Richard Atkinson, of committing a breach of the Destitute Persona Relief Act, was adjourned until Thursday. BREACH OP PEACE.
