AUCKLAND. 8th July.

The charge of forcible entry, by a Thames landlord into his own property, for the purpose of ejecting a tenant in possession, was heard in the Snpreme Court to-day, and a verdict of guilty was returned. The Judge said the accused no doubt had been badly advised, and fined the landlord £15. The person who assisted him was fined Is. The ship Forfarshire encountered a severe cyclone on 9th May, which carried away her main and foretopgallant masts and several sails. ' The immigrants are all well. 9th July.
